I''m a loyal customer spending $2000+ per month. I forgot my rewards card last time I visited so I was told that they would just give me a new card and if I bring the old card back in they would combine the cards however the BBD boss said no they don''t do that. Doesn''t make any sense. What''s the difference besides now upsetting a loyal customer as opposed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and making good on their employees'' promise.
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very wide selection of products, reasonable prices, and overall great experience. It also doesn''t hurt that there''s a cheaper gas station adjacent to the store. 10/10 recommend!
I''ve been loyal to Jan''s for many years!! Friendly employees as well as helpful people out on the sales floor. Not to mention the PRICE IS GREAT for cigarettes!!
Great food, great prices and awesome polite and pleasant staff. A must visit location for the smoking class. Beautiful drive from my house in Greece N.Y. Thanks for the service crew!!!! But please remember, travel with respect to the land and locals, your on reservation land... we''re visitors so act as if on federal woodlands...not some filthy inner city, thank you.

I usually go to Springville, but I was out this way and decided to try Jan''s. I was just stopping for gas and ended up getting all my smoking needs in one stop. I then smelled the food that was cooking and sat down to a delicious breakfast. the service was excellent, and our server ..well, she was awesome. the price for everything did not break the bank, which is always nice. we will definitely be back.
