  Only rating 5 starts so this is seen. This place is not a good smoke shop. I bought a bong from them and the piece I had at home didn’t fit. So, I tried to do a return or exchange an they didn’t work with me. The said they would call a manager for the return / issue and said to wait about a week. But then when I left In Frustration because I kept going in circles with them not working with me. I decided to call to try to talk to a manager and it turns out the person I spoke to was the manager all along. He told me that there was a final sale sign at the sign wasn’t specific on telling me what was just that something was a fail sale. But a few months ago when I was trying to return the battery except it did. With no problems at all. ( buy carefully. untrustworthy customer service )

  Called to see if they had brand I was looking for and asked for price was told they had and was quoted a price. When I got there all of sudden they didn’t have and was told I had to go next door to the market and that they had them. When he went to ring it up it was $10 more than quoted. After a bit of back and forth between two places and the two owners arguing in Arabic I ended up just leaving. Felt like a big bate and switch

  I’ve always had a good experience here. This was the first time I was very disappointed. The Indian guy who works there now was very rude. He couldn’t speak English or understand me. Every time I asked a question he said “yeah.” He overcharged me and didn’t do anything about it to fix it. I bought 2 vapes. It says there is a $2 discount for buying two and he did not give it to me even when I pointed out the discount. Very disappointed in my experience here tonight.
