I would not recommend buying disposable vapes here. I recently purchased an elfbar from here and out of the box it was long hitting for more than 5 seconds after I stopped hitting it. I refrained from asking to swap the product for a working one because the woman at the register was getting angry at another customer that their disposable vapes were doing the same thing. Now it is hitting itself at random times throughout the day without me touching it, definitely a hazard I''m just going to have to toss out. Now I am out $35 and considering going back to cigarettes. (2 stars because the owner was nice and his dog was cute.)
Stopped in to check out the new location in Burlington. Nate helped us and was fanf$#kingtastic. Made our day!! You just gained 2 customers... and many more from word of mouth. ♥️♥️♥️
I used to think this was a cool little shop, then I found out that all the tips that I gave were going to the owner and not the employees. That is super shady. Started shopping around town and found the other vape shop by base, way better prices, better customer service too. And they only take cash tips, which I confirmed go to the employees. In response to the business’s reply: I can assure you that this account is real. Just because I don’t advertise my given name doesn’t change what my experience was. Or what I have learned from the employees of this store. Hopefully they will do better in the future. For now, my review stays the same.
Had a vape issue bought a new mod didn’t work when I got home took it back and the guy really helped out with the replacement! Really appreciate him 🙏

The worker was very nice and helpful, but I bought some vape juice and it tasted bad and found out it was expired. Went back to exchange it for another but was told the manager said it would be fine and would not do anything about it.
