i used to frequent this vape store pretty often but was completely turned off by the one employee (AJ i think his name is) who clearly has some sort of issue dealing with women customers. multiple times i have watched him sell to guys without IDing them (knew they were under 21, went to high school with them) but would refuse to sell to me because i couldn’t accurately explain what the old owner, moe looked like (not sure what that has to do with anything). if moe still ran this place it would be 5 stars for sure
Sam is awesome. I always let him suggest something and he''s never failed me. The prices are really good.
So many options and great service!
Came in the store just needing some raw papers when a young man (deep is the name I believe) started helping me and teaching me of their easy to use and convenient tools to make my life a little easier. I ended up wasting like 80$ and a had a great conversation with him. Would definitely refer people here and will definitely shop here again.
Bought an Elf Bar and on the way home opened the box to find it was already out of its packaging, no seal or stickers. Returned 5 minutes later to let them know they sold me a used item and was told there was no refunds and I could not even swap for a new one. I am out my $20 and will never go there again.
