  I''ve frequented many cigar shops/lounges and this one stands out as the most hospitable lounge I''ve ever visited. Upon walking in, everyone in the lounge greeted me, introduced themselves, and shook my hand. Though this was the first time I''ve been, I felt like I had been there a hundred times. Oh yeah, and they have a great selection of quality cigars.

  Laredo''s little gem, I give it 5 platinum stars, I recently had the pleasure of visiting this smoking lounge and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was captivated by the inviting ambiance, the warm and welcoming atmosphere. First and foremost, owner Manuel deserves the highest praise. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and seemed genuinely passionate about ensuring that I had an unforgettable experience. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to cater to individual like myself, wearing shorts and t-shirt was truly impressive. The lounge itself was collectively designed, striking the perfect balance between ideal and comfort. With a tasteful decor, comfy seating, and a setting that made me feel right at home. Speaking of smoking, the selection of cigars including (Davidoff) offered at this lounge was nothing short of extraordinary. Whether you''re a seasoned connoisseur or a curious beginner, you''ll find an option to suit your taste. Finally, I wholeheartedly recommend this smoking lounge to any cigar enthusiast looking for an amazing escape. This lounge was comfortable, it has great service, incredible tobacco options, peaceful environment, and unwavering attention to quality.   Shout out to Manuel and his cigar selections. I enjoyed my Arturo Fuente while vacationing in Cancun. The cigar kept its ash all the way to the band.

  Pretty classy place that offers a nice selection of cigars ranging between about $10 and $100 each.. they give a pretty decent discount if you purchase in bulk. They also offer everything from shaving kits to cologne and leather wallets

  The place is very nice. Service is bad. I walked in, walked by three employees and no one greeted me. As I was walked up to the register to pay lady at the register never looked up and continued working on her computer. Only thing she asked was if I wanted a receipt. I expected a friendlier environment.
