  While visiting the house of hookah here in WVC I was impressed with the orderly fashion and cleanliness of the store. It seems to be well kept. The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. Upper management has proven to be exemplary and professional. I would recommend this store as I’ve never had any issues with their merchandise.

  This is by far the BEST smoke shop I''ve been to in this valley!!! The prices are very fair. The location is easy to find and right next door to me. They have an excellent and very wide selection of products that will fit your needs and pleasures. The staff is what makes this place top notch, though. Phenomenal customer service and extremely professional and friendly staff. I love going here and highly recommend it. You won''t regret it.

  Worst customer service at a vape shop and trust me I’ve had bad customer service in the past but this trumps it. So I was there around 5:45 pm or around there today 7/25/23. The bigger lady working there, I didn’t get her name but I asked for a voopoo refill cartridge for my specific model. She didn’t even attempt to look and was extremely short and rude and straight up said “no” with an annoyed stare down ,so then I asked if she was sure so she humored me for 30 seconds acting like she was looking and said “no we don’t!” At this point I could tell she no longer wanted to help me, it took everything in me to not say anything. I enquired on disposable vapes and deals and instead of being helpful describing the different ones and general curtesy of good customer service she was short with me again and gave me a vague answer about a couple I asked about. She then walked away and sat down and got on her phone. I was left alone with questions. There was no other customers there. So that was rude. I could tell she could care less about me being there and her phone was more important. I’d understand if she was a teenager at least but she definitely wasn’t. Poor customer service. The dude in there witnessed all that and he didn’t make any attempts to walk over to me and assist me further with my questions. Save your money and go across the street to smokers connection, at least there the prices are cheaper. This is by far the most expensive place to buy anything from and yeah she definitely should not be working there, the vibes made me leave so as I left I said “thank you anyways” (being the bigger person) and no reply back. Note that I was absolutely courteous and kind the whole interaction. DO NOT GO HERE!! World of vapes, smokers connection, anywhere else farrrrr better!! They won’t make you feel like you’re not welcome in their store or a nuisance for asking questions!

  Austin and Daniel are the best. Always welcoming and very knowledgeable. That goes for the entire staff of this location, actually. They all go above and beyond, and do their best to make sure people leave happy and satisfied. 😊

  friendly & knowledgeable staff very helpful. Nice size shop has a little of everything glass smokes disposable tobacco pretty much anything. Staff are really eager to help with all questions too definitely a recommendation.
