Spend thousands of dollars with this company. Was asked my first purchase if I wanted to be in the rewards program. I agreed. Every time I come here I get the discount. A new person is hired, I’m denied the rewards because they didn’t write my number down on some card. Just being petty for no reason at all. They lost a loyal customer.
This place is my absolute favorite! Staff is ALWAYS funny and the customer service is on point. I won''t go anywhere else! Always recommend to people 🤘🏼
Check your juices before paying and leaving store!! I went to east and west locations and mine were yellow in color and had an old taste!! The juice I get is normally clear.. no refunds no exchanges ain''t cool especially when your ripping people off selling expired juice!! I won''t be returning😒
Check Update Please I come here when I need to replenish my stock. So I’m here about once a month. It’s always been great and no problem with me being under 21. But the last time I came in I was told that I should be 21. I was allowed to get the product I came in for so I appreciate that. Just maybe make it clear to your staff what the age is and add signage saying you need to be 21. (I might have missed signage stating this) but either way your employees need to know the rules. Being told by different things by different people causes confusion. Update: They handled the situation and confirmed that I should have been served and apologized. Still my favorite place to go and have been served sense this original post.

I bought a beautiful bong about 3 days ago , and today as I was about to use it , it broke off clean. I called the store and explained it shouldn’t have broken , since it was new , and I kindly asked if I could at least get some discount to ge another . They didn’t help us out at all unfortunately. I suggest you stay away from the fancy bongs , and stick with the classic designs. Holy smokes owners , i suggest you change your policy and help out your loyal costumers better .
