  First stop on his 21st birthday! Hippie Hut Hilliard made it such a perfect first legal buy! The customer service and knowledge of the staff was amazinggg! 10/10 will be regulars. Thomas was the best and helped us out all the way through

  Columbus stopped selling Vapes. Was nervous that places outside of Columbus would raise the prices. They werw cheaper than what i had been paying. Very nice staff.

  Had signs all over the store that said all glass by one get one half off. They rang us up for two pieces and two slides and made one slide half off. I’ve been going to head shops for over 15 years, and have never had a bait and switch pulled on me like this. When I get my receipt for almost double what it should be. Once I found out. They told me that because the slide counted I should have not bought it then one of the pieces would be half off. Even if this were the case, I bought four items of glass which should have two items half off. When I said I will return a piece because I was only buying two under the pretense that one was half off, they said well we can give you store credit no returns. I get that policy because this is a product when is used once can not be sold. It had not even left their side of the counter. They smirked and acted like I was a complete jerk. I’ve been to so many head shops, and they are typically filled with passionate kind people. This is not one of them. Note: They did try to fix the issue, but it was not sufficient. Will maybe try again but likely, not.

  As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by a very friendly staff and an amazing scent that makes the entire store feel like home. There are a wide variety of products to browse and pick from, with different variations and brands for each product! The staff is knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions you might have. 10/10

  hippie hut has an huge selection and the entire staff is extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products! they also have a lot of unique and foreign items you wouldn’t expect to find there, which was a pleasant surprise.
