I stop by the store at least weekly. Both Jamie and John are very helpful when it comes to suggestions and new products. They never steer me wrong and always have what I need!! Also have great music playing when I come in.
My guy John always provides the best customer service based on my experiences. He’s always insightful when I ask questions about different products and I’ve never had a complaint about this location!
My favorite vape shop at the moment, John personally takes the time to let me try out the flavors I like and always mentions the newest and best selling vapes. Definitely recommend
Best vape shop in the area! There''s a huge selection of anything and everything. Super fairly priced and high quality. Customer service is most excellent!!

Great shop! Had everything I could possibly want or need INCLUDING tremendous service! Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable on every bit of everything they have to offer! She was helpful, nice and friendly thankfully because a lot of times when people go into these shops they need help without any type of judgment on their lack of knowledge and that’s saying a lot because most of the shops in the greater Houston area come off as if they don’t have time for your questions. Highly recommend stopping in High Tide YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! Thanks Jamie!!
