  Avoid this place at all costs, ladies especially. I’ve been here a couple of times only because it’s super close to my house and I didn''t want to drive further to my regular spot. One of the employees would hit on me and made me feel so uncomfortable to the point I’ll never go in there again. Besides that, they have the worst selection out of any store I’ve ever been to and the highest prices by far. There’s much better shops locally and this one needs to go ahead and close.

  Cam is great. Good customer service skills and knowledge of the products. Obviously a dedicated employee. The store is always clean and everyone is friendly. I prefer shopping there because they are more than fair on price. I can''t take many over the counter or prescription medications due to allergies to them. Kiva brand is the only brand I would recommend. It''s an all natural non-addicive herbal supplement that helps me with my medical needs. I''m glad they have a store nearby. Thanks again.

  This place is a joke. They’re overpriced, not knowledgeable about their products, give horrible customer service and more. Save yourself the trouble and go to 3D smoke shop off matlock. That’s the best one to go to. This place is garbage, and even the owner is. The owner was oddly asking so many questions about me and my family since I’m an Arab. I felt he was going to ask for my date of birth and ssn with how many questions he was asking about me, even in the oddest tone of voice. The “manager” there too, honestly one of the most annoying people I’ve ever come across. As soon as I walked in and saw him, I knew he was going to be exactly how he looks. Lol don’t try this place because it could be close by. You can get way better products even from 3D off matlock and for sure better service where they’re kind and knowledgeable. This dude got bent out of shape when my husband and I asked some questions about products since we were ignorant to them and he not only mocked us and complained about us when I called the owner, but he was whining how we were in there for less than 20 minutes but telling the owner we were there for almost an hour and touching everything in the store and asking too many questions when that wasn’t true at all lol but it’s ok. There’s way better people and places. This one is just a bad egg. Go to 3D. You’ll get the best experience there with way better products for even cheaper than this place.

  Would not go here, So I bought a new mod here. First thing is my old batteries where causing issues with the vape, no problem we tried out new batteries and the big problem went away but now I''ve only had the mod for about two weeks and it''s having other issues. Keeps asking if I have a new coil or old coil randomly and it won''t let me select old coil only new. Also it says I have a short circuit, remove the tank and put it back on then I have to select new coil and it starts to work again, took it back to get a replacement and before I can even show the guy what''s wrong with it knowing I''ve had problems with the mod already before he says it''s been to long and won''t exchange it. Two weeks!!! I''ve never been to a vape shop that doesn''t warranty the items they sell so if ur buying new equipment do t go here.
