Great shop with amazing employees. I accidentally left my phone on the counter and walked out and went on with my day. The female employee went above and beyond to find the owner of the phone and get it back to me. I am forever grateful and a regular customer of the store.
They have like 2 really cool staff members. The rest are just literally not there on their shifts sometimes. I’ve driven here too many times to have the door locked when the place is open.
Great smoke shop with all the parafernalia your smokey soul might desire. Good people and great service, friendly staff and altogether a great and interesting experience.

Awful customer service. 1) The young girl at the counter knew no information about the products they are selling and she was was very dismissive. I’ve been to about 10 different smoke shops in the Broward County area this year and i always get great customer service and the employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable in my purchase decisions. i was expecting this smoke shop to be one of the best since it is in a wealthy community, but this was not the case. 2) This was the worst part 😐. I went in to buy a THC disposable cartridge and the girl hands me the selection i wanted. She doesn’t say word and i go outside to my car to plug in the cart, maybe charge it a bit , and test the cart and turns out the entire cart is a fake , the logo and oil aren’t the same as the other carts OF THE SAME BRAND. the cart didn’t even turn on. I went back inside and exchanged it and this is how i realized the cart was a fake. Either this place got scammed by someone who returned that that cart, which i don’t doubt because the girl employee was so bad that i doubt she checks the product, OR they are deliberately trying to scam people. Worst experience ever at a smoke shop. Don’t even come here the selections aren’t all that anyways. Their cheapest cart was $50 for 2G which was the one i purchased but i’ve been to many smoke shops where they have $25 2G , $30 , $40 carts. just more options elsewhere…
