They were doing helpful and nice! Came in 8/3 around noon and the guys working were fun and kind. Helped me with everything I needed.

I HAD A GODLY EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE . May I just start by saying, this smoke shop was THE BEST one i have ever been to in NC. The staff were absolutely incredible, Ethan helped and explained to me everything and ANYTHING I needed to know, to assure I could leave with and amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back !! GREAT PLACE GUYS 🙏🏼
I bought a product for $35 did not work would not exchange it refund it or anything else. Typical Corporate, bunch of slugs.
Called and asked specifically if they had puffco pro 3d chambers. I emphasized specifically on the peak pro and 3d chamber as I am used to smoke shops lacking product knowledge. I mentioned 3d and pro 5 times and the employee said yes it is available. I drove all the way out to the location to purchase said coil and was handed a peak pro chamber but not a 3d one. When I mentioned that I wanted the 3d chamber he seemed confused as if he''s never heard of such a thing. They ended up not having what I needed . I asked nicely for them to pay a little more attention the next time as I drove out for nothing and was responded to with attitude saying it wasn''t him on the phone. Lack of product knowledge and lack of respect is why this establishment deserves a 1 star rating. Take your business elsewhere.
