Bought a $50 bong. Unwrapped it in the parkinglot of the store to show my husband. Saw that the bowl was chipped/damaged. Called in before leaving the lot to get an exchange. Was told no exchanges or refunds. It''s on me for not checking for damage, but dude. You wrapped it in bubble wrap, and I bet you saw it. Then to just shut me down when there was no way I damaged it. Folks are great but policies suck...
I bought a Lookah Seahorse from this place a few days ago and I specifically asked the man who helped me that day, Zach, if there was anything wrong with the device could I return it and exchange it. He explained to me yes that they would exchange me or give me store credit for it. I was happy he said this bc this is my first time using this tool. Unfortunately not only does the device take 2 hours to completely charge it doesnt hold a charge! So they next day i called and spoke with a man at highlife about the situation and he told me no there was nothing they could do and he couldn''t exchange it. That i was going to have to call the company!! This was literally THE VERY NEXT DAY from the day i bought it so clearly the device was defective. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store for anything that you buy if you are not sure about it bc if something is wrong they won''t help at all but instead give you the run around and tell you to contact the company! Very disappointing!
