  dang I wish I read the reviews first. the owner claimed everything in his store works otherwise he wouldn’t sell it, but my “Elf Bar” stopped working after one day. now I understand the 2 for 30 sale/deal he was trying to push on me. also upsold me and gave me 20 ft of hemp wick instead of the 10 I asked for. this is a low class smoke shop

  Raj doesn’t card and will rip you off he sells fake vapes and always says he has the thing you want just to get you in the store and he is always barefoot with his feet on the counter disgusting!!

  Horrible customer service. I’ve been here 3 times and every time I’ve gone I’ve regretted it. I was nothing but understanding and polite & he was rude, short, and unprofessional. He overcharged me 7 dollars on my purchase , no receipts, then got mad when I came back because his product didn’t work. He then tried to replace the broken product with a more expensive product i didn’t even want and he tried to charge me more for it. Refused to refund and threw a replacement product rudely at me at the end. Ridiculous. Don’t know how he is still in business honestly 💯

  Hmmm I''m not surprised this guy got angry with me when I was looking for 1 1/4 raw papers. He told me that size didn''t exist and how long he had been in the business 20yrs . I showed him the different size roller that raw had he was speechless u know what nevermind I don''t need buy anythjng and walked out

  My experience is always terrible here. The owner has his feet on the counter where you place items. Very unsanitary since he doesn’t wear socks. Not to mentioned when you purchase an item he does not let you chose he gives you whatever and says their all the same which I feel is unacceptable considering I’m a customer and it’s my hard earned money o should be able to chose the pack I want. It all comes down to the owner not fresh items and he’s aware. I’ve purchased a leaf with mold on it before he literally didnt care. I feel the FDA should step in and make sure the items being sold are fresh and up to date.
