Honestly best smoke shop I’ve been too, Alexis treat me very well as a first time customer ! They have cheap prices on various things !
Employee that answered the phone this morning was extremely rude. I simply called to ask if they had something in stock and she screamed at me to "come see for yourself" (which is very difficult for me as I am physically disabled) and hung up. She refused to give her name when I called back and asked. The way she was continuously daring me to come up to the store sounded as if she was trying to be threatening. There are plenty of other options for shops in this neighborhood that have employees who will not mistreat you. To be fair I do not think it was the person working at the register. It was whoever answered the phone this morning that triggered this review. If the manager of the store would like to hear more about it, feel free to reply. See you soon!!!
Super clean shop, answered the phone for my questions and was attended with highly knowledgeable staff. Love that it’s 24hrs! Accommodated all of my needs and their products are always great.

came in at night because it’s convenient, its close to the house but will not be coming back. I enter the store and no music was playing. looking around as nobody greeted me or asked if I needed helped. they were busy with other customers so understandable. right when I walk up to the cashier, they blast music so loud, the own cashier couldn’t even hear me. when he finally heard me, he looked at me weird when I said “perforated filter tips” long story short…I felt very uncomfortable and did not appreicate the music blasting. took much longer than I expected to buy some simple filter tips. nice clean store, do not recommend coming in at night if you want decent customer service though
