It’s so great to have found my new vapeshop in LA. I fly to LA often and i’m sure i’ll be back here everytime to restock. Staff have been helpful in accommodating inquiries- from fast replies on google maps chat and also assisting customers in person. Kudos to the store.
Alert and warning! This place will scam you with tanks containing zero nicotine. I’m new to vaping and bought an elf bar from this place. With the recent California ban on vapes, I was cautious when spending $25 on one. The owner ensured my elf bar tank had nicotine, but when arriving home and googling, it in fact was a zero nicotine tank. Owner refused to refund or give store credit. Avoid this place at all costs
Don’t make the same mistake I did when trying to find a vape close to the airport. Was super excited to find a place that sold real vapes when I flew into LA, but I was scammed. They only sell vapes with ZERO nicotine. Find another place
Worst customer service ever. Bought 2 elfbar vapes at the Headstock Smoke Shop about 10 days ago on my way to the airport to San Francisco. Started smoking the first one, no problem all good. Yesterday, back in LA I opened the second elfbar and it didn''t work. Not a single puff. Tried charging it, nothing. So today I went to the Headstock Smoke shop to get a replacement. They obviously saw that the elfbar vape didn''t work. They also realized that it''s not charging, that it is just broken. But instead of exchanging it they didn''t do anything at all. Just said that after 10 days an exchange isn''t possible anymore. The manager didn''t care at all and I left with the broken elfbar to put it in the garbage. Didn''t get a single puff out of it. Elfbar and smoke shops in general are aware that this happens but usually they replace it. Not Headstock. Literally threw away 26 USD. Don''t go there if you''re expecting good customer service and don''t want to throw away your money.
