Omg... I''m new to the area and was looking up places I could buy some herbal accessories from, but reading the reviews saved me a trip. Omg... how can the owner not do anything about the rude customer service??? Obviously nothing''s been done because people are still complaining about it. I mean I know I wouldn''t want to be treated like that. That''s not wise for the owner because they''re building a bad reputation for their brand, missing out on more money being made, and sending potential customers elsewhere and then on top of that he doesn''t even have a website. Websites are important so that the customer can see if the company has what they''re looking for. I mean how could they not have one... I want to thank everybody for the reviews. You really saved people like me from going there. Good looking out!!!
Don''t expect more than what it is, but that isn''t a bad thing. Let''s face it, they carry mostly cheap Chinese glass with a small selection of vaporizers/juice and a bunch of party items. Its just that type of store. It is however very clean, the staff is welcoming, and the prices are great. You can''t really ask for more in this type of business. They keep the storefront spotless on every occasion Ive been in there, they are very friendly and talkative, and the staff is knowledgeable enough. If you''re looking for top shelf quality products, maybe check out Frolic. But this is a great store! People who come here for glass just want the best price, and thats what they offer. They don''t carry the best of the best in anything, but again; thats not why people shop here. I know it seems like this review is strange but I really do think this is a great shop. TL;DR: Great selection of competitively priced products with a clean storefront. If you''re looking for top shelf products, this may not be the spot.
Used to stop here just about every week, buy a battery for $15 that is rated at 2200 mah but won''t hold a charge as long as my year old 2000 mah. Won''t return the defective or cheap product. Offer store credit when the clerk knows I just bought what I needed the day before then starts speaking down to you like yours handicapped. I lost my cool because of her attitude but they lost a regular customer over $15. PS: to the owner if you read your reviews, my camera was still running so I have this whole encounter on video if you''re interested.
I love frequenting this shop. The people there are SUPER helpful and friendly, I''ve never come out of there dissatisfied. They''re also pretty honest about all the stuff and most of them know A LOT about what they''re talking about. The merchandise is pretty good for the most part, there''s the occasional bad piece laying around but everything I''ve bought from HQ is pretty great stuff. Pretty affordable too. Hands down the BEST smoke shop around.
Okay, if I can give 0 star, I will do it. They business hour is no one in store, light is open, open sign is on, but they hang the sign say “will be back in 10 mins”. First time around 10:30, I be there. Second time, 10:45 after I buy a coffee form starbuck. And I keep to go to want to try get some cigarette, but they keep lock the door. I rather you say today is close or open late etc. but don’t say will be back in 10 mins,, but never back !!!!
