Went in and purchased 2 pens same brand but different colors. I left without noticing that one pen was plastic and one was leather which is what I wanted. The guy didn’t inform me, why would he? He took the leather one out of the plastic but not the cheap plastic one. Who knew you needed to be shady to sell a pen. I paid the same amount for both so why would I think one is good and the other is cheap? So I Went back an hour later as I was running errands and he said no returns and that the signs were posted everywhere. I just wanted to switch out the color to a leather one, no refund needed. I said where are the signs? He said look above the door. No one is looking at the ceiling my guy. I recommend you go to a moon shop where they are good honest people and not rude. Like I said I just needed to switch it out I didn’t want my money. Apparently they don’t care about customers and only want to sell to trash. Ok I will take my money else where!
My absolute most favorite smoke shop in town!! The owner is one of the coolest people I''ve ever met and the staff is very helpful and friendly!! Lovelovelove it!
They were really good my friend bought a bong that didn''t work due to the twisted design and they gave her half off a new one and the old one back. Which is really good because most sales are final and once you''re out the door and gone, they won''t usually do anything if u come back the next day (most smoke shops) but they were great!
Love it here. Loves checking out the pieces Aaron is always getting in and love the 2 torches for $25. Vibes are always fun and chill when Aaron is there. Always enjoy having conversations with him and his spontaneous pop quizes. Lol.
