The products are great.But the girl that works in the morning is rude. I had a hard time seeing a product and she told me " Don''t you have glasses on" I think she is racist or something because some locals came in and she was all nice to them. Helping them etc etc. So I will go at night from now on because the staff at night are very nice
The moring lady has no customer service at all. Hell dry I ask for help she only tells me 2 flavors. I got bad anxiety I didn''t like the vape I got I was so nervous I jus didn''t say anything. I jus left

At first my husband were going in circles looking for your place, not knowing you had a different name, vapers ..... we parked and went into the store and showed one of the staff my phone and asked where is Hawaii Kratom Smoke Shop. And love and behold we were standing in the store. Lol! A pretty young girl with red hair acknowledged me and she was very helpful. My husband and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service. She explained to me about the item I was interested in. We are very strongly satisfied. I wish I got her name, but with her description I gave, you will know who she is. We went there between 1 and 130pm. Much Mahalo. Oh and we will he back.
