Second time in a month I’ve come to try and buy a tank for my vape and they have *zero* in stock, of any brand. Inventory at this location is awful, they virtually never carry the stuff I want to buy. Then they’ll tell me ‘in the next couple of weeks’ only for me to return and they still don’t have what I want. Don’t have this problem at all with other vape stores in this area. I’d recommend going to almost any of them instead of here.
The male that helped me and my son was very nice, calm, helpful and kind. It was busy in there but he still took the time to help me and my son. I wish I got his name. The store overall is very nice.
Originally gave a 1 star review because my $5 reward disappeared from their system and they admitted that it wasn’t the first time that’s happened but they still wouldn’t give me $5 store credit. I think they deserve a 3 now because besides that their customer service has been really good sense them.
Best place to go. Huge selection. Friendliest staff. Been returning now every time I need something. I love this shop sooo much. They are so patient when you’re choosing what you want. They’re really helpful. Shop is always clean and organized! Prices are also very competitive!
I have been here 4 times, every time I come out even more impressed in the quality of their wares and the costumer service. Employees are always more than happy to guide you in your purchase and they are never pushy nor do they try to upsell you, they will candidly answer your questions and be all around awesome.
