They stole from me basically. Sold me the wrong product and wouldn’t accept a return . Here is a pic of the manager who tricked me into buying the wrong part and won’t allow a return , when requested to speak to owner , he refused as well . I am happy to remove this review when the owner contact me about this horrible customer service
I went in looking for a rolling mat, but unfortunately, they didn''t have any. The guy that was there was super nice, though. 😉 Havana 🐈 was precious! 🥰
Been coming here for a few months now ever since the other store I went too closed down and boy am I happy. 11/10 staff service and they have the wraps I roll my Za in that I can’t find anywhere else so shout-out to Zu and Havana Smokes. Real ones Fr

These guys are robbing people , they sold me something for 90$ that was for 40$ , they didn’t confirm the correct part is in the box , when I went to return it , they refused to issue a refund . When I asked to speak to the owner, the manger said I can’t and they never come to this store , plz run and never come back. These guys don’t deserve your business so i read your reply, and i am happy that someone reply, nothing is missing from the package, i didnt accuse you of stealing, your employee realized i miss read something on the internet, didnt correct me and took advantage of me instead of explaining that this is not the same item i just looked at online , and he let me walk out with the wrong product when he fully knew , and when i went to return the item, he clearly stated that its not his fault that i made this mistake and when i asked for exchange he refused to offer an exchange and didnt extend any credit either, so i am here to tell you the your employee is lying to you to cover his mistake, i will be happy to stop by and meet with the owner and exchange the product with equal value. however your employee refused to even call his manager. i even said , are you willing to lose me as a customer for this , and he said yes because i dont like the way i am speaking to him , i said i didnt say anything wrong and i am being polite, and he continued to smile while i am upset and refused to help, i even have a video of him speaking to me in disrespectful manner that i am happy to share with the owner. plz feel free to reply back and i will be happy to come by and make an exchange.
