  Also a welcoming atmosphere employees are very knowledgeable and #1 customer service. Always a guaranteed laugh about something. Prices are very reasonable . Huge selection of inventory . Only smoke shop I will go to. Deals on items all the time. Give them a try I bet you return . Keep up the phenomenal service and positive vibes . #1by far

  So my 1st visit was absolutely memorable and it’s all thanks to Havana Smoke Shop’s … Roman knew exactly what I needed and beat out all past competitors pricing! I was spending a ridiculous amount of time, travel and money on searching for a specific vape not many places carry…until I walked In here! Very much impressed with this place! Keep up the good work!!

  In terms of product range and cost, this is the best smoke shop on the Westside. Jay, Roman, and the entire crew provides exceptional customer service, as well as expertise and insight about the best bang for your buck product''s, including their quality, special''s, and rewards system. Plus the vibes are impeccable.

  Another homerun by Jay Tonight Jay killed it with a recommendation & if he doesn''t have something in the shop all you have 2 do is ask they will work on trying to get it. Any1 who walks through the door is family in this shop. This little hidden diamond &its customer service by that ENTIRE crew is by far the best on westside!!! If you haven''t stopped in wth are you waiting for????? had a visit with a ghost. It is a Killer little vape. Can''t thank this shop enough. Best night I''ve had in a few months 💚🖤 Havana Westside is the bestside ex roommate still makes me stop in 4 their vape sales. Life-long customers here

  Definitely the best smoke shop in Jacksonville! The employees actually take the time to consider your needs. They are kind and very pleasant! I wouldn''t dare go to another vape shop. I just wanted to thank the gentleman that work there, Thank you bunches for your kindness and compassion!
