  I come here is often as I can and the last two times I’ve came here Zack waited on me and he is very professional and honest and great advice about vapes and always serving with a smile is great customer service I love coming here for great service with Zack keep up the great work Zack and Happy Thanksgiving to all

  My boyfriend, me and his grandmother come in once a month. No matter who''s working, they''re always so polite. I don''t care if it''s 45 minutes away from my house, this is the only shop I''ll get my vapes from.

  Best in town ,UPDATE, THE GUY THAT ORIGINALLY STARTED THE STORE IS AMAZING I DON''T KNOW HIS NAME, well the new guy that is working in the store now is really great too. He''s very nice respectful and if you''re a dollar or too Short he''ll still work with you. That''s how you do business when someone comes in all the time, if they''re a little short one day look out for them. Because they will remember that always thank you guys

  Very welcoming service, great service wonderful prices, and very good energy, definitely my new favorite vape shop. The guy was very patient and helpful and polite even tho it was early in morning.

  The associate was very rude, and his overall demeanor was incredibly off-putting. I went in because a product I purchased stopped working. IMO, the associate had this arrogant aura about him when he felt he had the upper hand.. I don’t want to give too many specific details because, at the end of the day, what’s important is that you should treat everyone with kindness, and realize no one is better than anyone… Especially your customers since without them there is no store! This happened a couple weeks ago, and even in hindsight I feel the same way. Keep in mind, this is the only time I’ve had an issue there, and I’ve been there at least 5 times, but it was enough that I won’t be returning. Plus, I discovered they are more expensive than some other smoke shops in Morgantown. I get what I used to get there for $5 cheaper where I go now.
