Selling brands of Kratom with absolutely NO traceable vendor information. Thrive Kratom (revonbotanicals) websites/media are all defunct and the phone is disconnected. Was told this is the most popular. Bottle went into trash and will seek out reputable vendor in leu of risking laced or tainted product.

I have been going here for a couple of years and loved the atmosphere and customer service from Andrew and Alejandra that was provided. I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences here and it’s only been the days Amanda works, which is usually Sunday. She is not friendly, helpful, or welcoming. I avoid runs to the shop on these days as much as possible. They have an amazing rewards system in place and carry a large selection of items, which used to always be available/in stock but lately it’s been rough trying to get what you usually come in for. Lots of items not in stock anymore. Came to realize the reason for this is, is most likely due to Alejandra not working there anymore. She was in charge of orders and always ensured everything was in stock. Guess I’ll be finding a new shop to go to.
Best smoke shop in the area! Excellent customer service, great selection of bongs and pipes, as well as vapes! Great deals/prices too! Plus, a great rewards/points system! Not sure exactly how they calculate the points, but seems like i get close to $1.40 for every $18 i spend. AND when they didn''t have something I was looking for, they called another smoke shop around the corner for me to make sure they had it before sending me there! That''s above and beyond in my opinion! Thanks so much! Love you guys!
They hire anyone. Knowledge about vapes and coils not needed. Also the girl behind the counter will look directly at the product that needs to be replaced and still give you the wrong product with a charge. And then when you’re no longer at the location you are forced to keep the wrong product because there is a no exchange or refund policy. Basically nickel and dime mistakes for extra profits. Beware!!
