  Overpriced, faulty merchandise, good return policy (not enough to make up for the rest), some staff is chill (not their fault). Been going here for a while. In the past month I’ve had to return multiple products. I’m not one to return or exchange things or cause problems with businesses. In the past week I bought a $30 vape. Clearly the juice had expired, tasted awful (guy working there agreed when I returned it). They have a good return policy so I just exchanged it. New one tasted good, but wouldn’t hold charge because again it had been sitting in the store too long. I didn’t want to return 3 products in a month and seem like I was trying to scam them. So I decided I’d just charge it everyday and deal with it. Took it on a plane today and it basically exploded while in my pocket. It had been having a problem and hitting randomly on its own. So now I’m short $30, I gotta get a different vape from somewhere else and I got hot vape juice all over my leg and damn near got placed on the no fly list. Smh. Somebody might think this is a manufacturer problem and not the stores fault. Not true. These products have SHELF LIVES. If the product has been sitting there too long the juice expires, the batteries can be prone to malfunctioning, etc. This is a stocking and inventory problem. A good return policy does not absolve them of this. If they’re wise they’re writing off their inventory losses on taxes and using customers to cycle through old inventory rather than just trashing it. This product is sold at $30 + tax at this store. You can get this same product for $15 online and 5 for $50. One time I jokingly brought this up to the staff and they tried to say it’s because they buy them wholesale. When you buy things whole sale they generally cost less, this is the entire concept of wholesale. Conclusion: buy your products online. Stores around here have absurd prices relative to the larger market which is why this place feels comfortable doing so. Cut out the middle man and buy from the same wholesaler they do. There’s nothing stopping you.

  Without a doubt, the best smoke shop in the area. They’re the only shop I’ve found nearby that sells 1836 kratom (a Texas based gmp certified manufacturer) at $28 for 4oz. Other local shops charge 50c a gram or over $10 an oz.

  These folks are the nicest people in town. They always have a good attitude and are ready to help with whatever you need. Update: I don''t like the new guy or whoever he is. The skinny guy. I just wanna come in and buy what I want.
