I went in for replacement coils because they have wicked deals and the best staff. I was there on a Saturday and they were very busy. The girl that was working was very cute, friendly and helpful. I ended up buying the Yocan Phaser Ace, the Spaceout Torch and replacement coils. I love this place and will continue to make Greenstar my place to go.
Morgan (156th and maple location) is always so nice and helpful! She''s great at explaining how each product is used and helps provide a super comfortable and fun experience plus she always gives me a couple extra candies with every visit xD
They sell defective merchandise they and not care about their customers. They sold me a defective atomizer at council bluffs store (no atomizer at Omaha store), refused to replace it at the Omaha store and forced me to drive 30 minutes to the council bluffs store to get the replacement. So even though they sold a defective piece they refused to have even sub par customer service and forced me to drive 30 minutes each way to exchange it when an exchange could have been made at the Omaha location. Awful customer service and they won''t try to make it right when they sold a defective product. When your business sells something defective you as a business owner should care enough about repeat business and customers to make it right, not inconvenience them to the point where they have to make an hour round trip due to their defective product. Terrible business sense and practices and they treated me like I was the problem...
Amazing staff and the thing that surprised me the most is they remembered my name and what I liked by the second visit!!!! The free candy is amazing and products are second to none. If you want quality go to this store you won’t be disappointed
Really good people. I only went in there a handful of times. But they were always so nice and me and friends get along with Morgan. She is really sweet. Always giving us candies after our purchases. She is really nice. Really good place to go to.
