This place has been my go to place for years! But now there are more shops in Tri-Cities, so I thought I would go back to Finley anyway just to give them my business since they may be getting less now. They were so slow! Workers were standing around, chatting with each other, and When I mentioned it to the short brunette that was helping me, I could tell she really couldn’t care less. She was absolutely RUDE after that, and absolutely NO black Friday specials! So I called Lucky leaf in Pasco and they they had amazing specials going on!! Especially on ‘Method’, which I love! So Green2go you may want to step up your service or pay the price. Lucky leaf is my new go to!!
I really like this store compared to the competition. But I think if they worked on their discounts For loyal customers they would be the best shop in town and if they could reach out to more vendors on the west side of the mountains they could find some better products. But overall decent products decent prices but they could use a better location and maybe even 2-3 locations.
I literally put my online order in, not even 5 min later i got the text, and it was ready! The employees here, I think, are the nicest people EVER! To the door lady who checked my I.D. to Kelli that checked me out. They make it so easy in there for online or walk-in and very quick!
