Love this market... UPDATE: Feb 1, 2023, This used to be a Asian Mom & Pop''s Market... Business bought out and now under new management. The store has completely changed and is now a smoke shop. They seem to have lots of nice glassware and on the day of my visit, the girl behind the counter was very nice. I just briefly looked around and left. Because I have not conducted any business transaction with the new management, I cannot give any recommendations in that area. The only thing I can do is rate the appearance of the shop and my brief interaction with the staff.
Good inventory fair prices ,wen the female is behind the counter love the service not so much wen the guys there he''s cool just gots too step up his customer service a bit .if u spend $$ they will maybe take off the duty.but overall they got the best glass at the best price you''ll find n Palmdale every other shop in town is atleast 15 to 20 percent more expensive .
Very helpful staff with friendly attitude and actually speak English! The place is clean and organized. Prices are more affordable than other shops for the same product.
Well... If you based rating purely on customer service I wouldve given this place 0 stars. The old man who runs the place (the owner maybe?), Well he is def not very customer service oriented! It''s not just him though, most of the people working in there are usually fairly rude and give off the vibe that they would much rather you not come in the door at all. If your at the end of the month and find yourself counting out your change, even if it''s all silver, your told that they will not accept it from you at all! Not even if it''s only a couple bucks for a few singles!! They are very bluntly rude about it! The store is very untidy and pretty cluttered. The makeshift isles (if you can call them that) are pretty much tossed in a jumble in the middle of the store making it difficult to maneuver around everything... On the positive side, they do have a pack of cigs, def not top quality but passable I suppose, that costs just under 6 bucks... If there''s much else positive to say? I couldn''t say what those things would be...
I liked it, until I ask for something and I was told that it would be in like two days, so I went in and, nothing. So I talked with the guy who had been saying that it should be in on this day. So I went in and again, nothing.. so it''s been 3 weeks and still nothing. So now ill drive to someone else and get what I need. It''s really not hard to say I don''t know.. I have been in retail for years and never tell anyone that it will be in if you don''t know and don''t want to lose customers.. just saying..
