I’ve been a regular customer of this smoke shop for years now, and even though I’ve moved to North County, I still make it a point to shop here. The guy with the long hair is always so nice and personable. He’s extremely knowledgeable on all the products and is more than willing to help customers make educated decisions on which products to buy. Not to mention he takes the time to remember my usual order, I truly feel so welcome in the store. I’ll always highly recommend Good Time’s to anyone solely based on the customer service!
Great place. The guy with the long hair is always very helpful and super chill. Not to mention the crazy inventory they have. The variety is crazy, and the guy w the long hair seems to know his stuff regarding all of it. Very impressive business and staff.
Been a regular customer about 3 years. Incredible service every single time I''ve been. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and personable, and really just have every awnser for any question you might have. Theres 1 guy with long hair there who I frequently run into, always gets me right when i ask for some flavor recommendations. Could see myself regularly shopping here for awhile to come.
This place exceptional customer service from both of the main front desk guys. Especially the long hair guy (I think his name is Matt) he''s knowledgeable, personable and most importantly he treats everyone with respect. Doesn''t matter who you are, even if you''re down and out, he looks you dead in the eye and treats you like a human being.
Good environment got everything you need, and amazing service especially the cool dude with the long brown hair they got what you need and they will take care of you shop with them.
