I have been a customer for over a year now, and have always found the products that I''m looking for, at the prices that are perfect for my budget. What really stands out is that the staff is always extremally friendly and helpful. I look forward to the growth of the brand, and the owner''s entrepreneurship. Good people with good morals and professionalism, should always be rewarded for their hard work!!
I was sold a faulty vape spent over 150 bucks on the unit and coils and tanks for the unit to leak constantly from the first use ..was told they would help resolve and haven''t heard anything despite going in on 4 separate occasions...Not a reliable store and they don''t follow through on any promises
The owner is super nice and the employees aswell. They answered my questions that I had. They have a huge selection on elf bars an pod kings and vape juices they even have coils which is very surprising and on top of that a cigar room I''m really mind blown with that. I highly recommend this smoke shop if you need anything.
Amazing prices i cant find anywhere else, and they have a little bit of everything from hookah to disposable vapes and juice/ coils. They keep quick fix on hand which is a plus. The biggest selection of wraps and cones/papers I have ever seen. Cigar Room is so Nice! Also a nice selection of glass that will be growing! First experience was awesome! The customer service was unbelievably terrible. I picked up an item that clearly had a price tag of $9.50 from their extremely limited selection (double-checked the price with the clerk before making the payment), only to receive my receipt and discover that it actually cost $15.99. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk, his response was a dismissive "you bought it!" accompanied by a shoulder shrug that clearly demonstrated his complete lack of concern.
