They have great prices & gorgeous merchandise. I got a new bowl tonight and The girl that helped me was the best! She was knowledgeable and gave me some really good recommendations. Definitely recommend this place because not only will you find what your looking for , you’ll also find great vibes.
Sold me a torch. Worked for 3 days. Call them to ask about it. A girl answers who proves to be the rudest retail experience I''ve ever had. Hangs up on me lol. I call back to try to get a corp number. Hangs up again. Got the email as they don''t have a number from another store. She shouldn''t work retail. I''ve never done this. But I promise this is just the beginning. I will spend years on getting you fired or making you uncomfortable if I have to after seeing how you treat customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
After breaking my water pipe of three years (my fault due to a considerable drop) I decided to treat myself and buy a new one from the nearest shop. Not only did the first down-stem break from just the bubbling of the water, the SECOND ONE did the same thing. I guess I have been fooled three times. Because my percolator shattered into a million pieces on the third day of having the water pipe, simply from the pressure of the water. No wonder this place doesn''t take returns. They sell HOT GARBAGE
Nope sorry stay away from this door they''ll rip you off the sell you bootleg fake merchandise that they slyly cover other information on the package that''s stating it was Delta 9 with the California logo on it covered up. And the employee with the piercings all over face in the short dark hair is rude as can be every time I go in the store she acts like I''m bothering her with any question I ask she''s extremely unknowledgeable about any of the products that''s being sold there add for the love of God , she actually refused my mom service because of an ID she didn''t have when the woman is 70 years old and going through chemotherapy as a cancer patient

Absolutely the worst customer service! Bought disposable explained that it was making a crackling noise that should not be told the cashier she said it was normal and refused to exchange it. It''s not normal left the device started going off on its own brought it to the store explained the situation and the cashier didn''t care he said that 40% of disposables don''t work. So I out 23 dollars for a bad vape really!!! Do not waste your money here.
