First visit to the store and the sales clerk assured me the part he recommended and sold me was the correct one (I saw the signs about the return policy). Within an hour of leaving with a purchase, I discovered it did not fit. I returned to the store immediately. He shrugged his shoulders refused to give me a refund. I contacted the corporate office in a further attempt to resolve this and received no response. Thieves.

Didn''t know what size fuses my tank uses.so I brought it in.he chose it for me.than I was changing my fuses they didn''t even fit. So I took them in. Said he couldn''t change them. I know theirs law can''t exchange. But it was on him he pick them. So I spend 50 or more a month in their at times. So they lost my business for a box 13 fuses.

Love going here for all my disposable and glass needs, the Employees are very helpful and understanding of my requests and pull all the strings to assure i leave as a happy customer, highly recommend going here for any of your medical marijuana, glass, vape, and disposable needs. including papers and bangers all sorts of great items.
