Idk why all of these people are complaining and leaving bad reviews. This is literally one of my fav Vape shops, customer service at this location is always on point. Very helpful, and great quality that u can always test before you leave the store!
Will absolutely sell you something faulty or the exact opposite of what you came in for. Used to be awesome, now they just want the money. Go to one of the many other shops
I went to the store to return a defective vape that I had just bought and ask for an exchange and the girl told me that I should just get another brand and the manager would not let me exchange it. They do have a sign that states no returns or exchanges BUT may be eligible if the item is defective. The vape that I have shows the battery life and how much fluid is left so you could see that it was still brand new. She did ask if I tested the vape before leaving the store and I told her that I didn’t. But that would not have mattered because it worked when I first took it out of package, but stopped by the time I got home. I’ve been a customer at the location for a long time so I’m disappointed with the customer service that I received today so I will not be back to this store.
Always willing to help and has more consistent stock of vapes than some other stores, if you have a favorite.

Went in to get a new vape. The one I get was out but mentioned I did smoke menthol before (mint does not equal menthol). Hinted at trying a new flavor and was told that black mint was the best one they have out of the flavors left. Wasn''t until I had already paid a waste of $25 when I asked when they''re would be more of my original flavor that I was told possibly the next day. Couldn''t tell me that before I paid? Got home and hit the vape. Absolutely disgusting whirlwind of filling your mouth/lungs with HEAVY Listerine then swallowing it, I immediately threw up. Always came to this store and got my mom and cousin to start going, never so let down like today though.
