My favorite vape store in Spartanburg. Have been a regular here for the past 2 years and I feel very welcomed and happy every visit! The staff is really great and I love the recommendations I get for vapes and delta 8 products. A great selection of vapes as well. I hope one day they get a bigger space in Spartanburg! Love to shop there.
Don''t shop here these guys are crooks. Purchased a disposable and was told to try it before I left. Took a puff and it was working fine. Got in the car and left the store. Took another puff and noticed that the vape stayed on and started to burn the coil. Instantly knew it was defective. Turned back around and walked into the store. Vape smelled burnt at this point. Told them what happened and they told me they couldn''t return or exchange. I''d tell them I can show how it''s defective. Pretty much told me it''s my loss bc its their policy that as soon as I walk out the door I''m screwed. I explained to long hair dude that I literally just purchased this. He explained to me that it was my loss and not theirs, that they don''t want to take the loss but i should instead. It''s against policy. There is no policy posted nor as is signs posted. He said he''d give me a discount which makes zero sense. So that I can buy another defective vape and take the loss? No where else does that makes sense. If you have an issue with the product then take it back to the vendor, don''t scalp it from your customers. Will never buy from here again and I encourage anyone else to not support a business that has their customers take the hit and not themselves .
The staff here is fast and friendly. Never had a product issue (They do offer you to bring in receipt if there are issues, for a replacement) The staff always have good recommendations if the product you''re looking for is put of stock. If you are with their point system, you get rewards - $5 off, free vape, etc.
The owner is cheap and does NOT care about his employees. The district managers are rude and entitled and also don’t care about their employees. This is NOT a good place to work. I’ll save you the trouble, they will only pay you 11$ an hour, but dont worry, if the store makes an extra 10k dollars a month, he’ll give the employees a .50 cent raise. What a generous man! They will disrespect you, and treat you like a child. They do not deserve the hard working employees they have. I sincerely hope the employees all leave and find some place better.
