  I bought 3 cartridges from here and I started smoking on one an I noticed every time I smoke my stomach started hurting then as I tried again it begins to give me a headache. I tried it several times and realized it was the cartridges. So I went to the store to let them know what I was feeling and I had a complaint. The guy there wants to tell me about they have not had any complaints, very rude. I had purchased 3 . One has been open the other 2 had never been open an he was rude.. I wasn''t trying to get no refund but an exchange would have been ok 😞but to show no concern really bothered me when ppl have had all kinds of health issues because of vaping, cheap cartridges and all. I want bother shopping there anymore.. SO BUYER''S BEWARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. SHERITA MINES, BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA

  Went here tonight and had good convo with worker there. Already knew what I wanted and asked for such…well she gave me the wrong strain and I didn’t notice which is my fault also. Got home saw it was wrong went back and wanted to exchange and there are no exchanges after you’ve left the premises. We are both at fault but they get to keep the money and I’m left with a strain I don’t eve smoke. Who’s the real loser?????? Won’t be coming back because of it.

  Never heard of the place. Brother and sister recommended. Came in unsure of what I was going to get. Matt was eager to help! Such a great employee! I was undecided about a bunch of things and really unsure of what I was looking for. With personal experience and a lending hand, Matt informed me, the pros and cons, of glass pipes and silicone pipes. He taught me about the filters and how they make ones experience a cleaner one. I really appreciate the insight that was given and the warmth that Matt Shaw offered. Give him a raise! Great store, great manager! Will definitely return!
