Good product, but watch out. Some of the clerks won''t ring up the current specials or deals unless you ask... kind of messed up when you''re a repeat customer... as in, had just been in 15 minutes beforehand, bought 2 products, and no deals were mentioned. Come back, buy 2 more products, ask if i have any points the second time, and there''s magically a buy one get 50% off one deal. Same clerk too, she treated me like i hadn''t just made a purchase minutes before and was a complete stranger.
Vape died this morning, so needed a replacement, stopped by here. Didn''t have my preference yet was able to show me the runner up, and now I am good to go. Fast, friendly, fair service. Only place open like this around before 10.
Do not shop here! Beware! I was told when I went to their Charleston SC store that " They don''t want my buisness" this is exactly what they told me. How crazy, right there a mile away from where they sold slaves for 400 years they told me this. This guy was so disgusting towards me. I''d been going here over a year weekly and sometimes daily. I could not understand why. Then I was told "we don''t want your buisness". They''re under new management and I see how the new management feels and treats Black people.
I would give zero stars. I spent over $300 in this store 2 days ago and my vape pen button is sticking. They accused me of smashing in the button. There is not a scratch on the pen. They say they have a sign in the window that states All Sales Final. It was just being hung as I walked in!!! Like I never even saw the sign!!! No where on the receipt does it state All Sales Final. DO NOT BUY FROM GALLERY SMOKE HOOVER!!

Wonderful customer service! Friendly and helpful every time I go there. Also, I recently needed to refund a product I accidentally purchased, the refund was initially not processed correctly but my experience dealing with their customer support was impressive! Quick responses to every email I sent and a quick, effective resolution to the issue, they really seemed to care about getting it resolved as quickly as possible. I will never consider going anywhere else for vape products!
