Love the shop. Everyone was welcoming and inviting. The selection is very fair. The prices are solid. I enjoyed my visit here.
Prices are good, but they''re way too pushy. I told them several times that I just wanted to look and they kept asking me questions to the point where I didn''t actually get to look at anything. There were two of them and they were both asking me questions at once. They were both telling me about the deals and where the pieces were made at the same time. It was beyond overwhelming. I felt so rushed and unwelcome. They kept directing me all over the place until I got frustrated, but they were being so pushy, it was hard to leave politely. So I had to tell them they were out of my budget just to go.
Super friendly and knowledgeable. Felt like he was there to help me find the right piece rather than sell a product .. will return ..
I’ve been coming for about 4 years now and there’s a new guy with blonde hair who is absolutely rude the first day I met him he asked what we were looking for and I told him just looking around he said “I guess you can take your time since we’re not busy right now” I didn’t know I had to to rush and look through the store I’ve never I mean never had a problem with any other one of the amazing staff except him and just the other day I go in and he tells me “since i gave you a discount you shouldn’t worry about the change” yes it was 20 cents and I wouldn’t have cared if he said they didn’t have change but that’s not what he said he just doesn’t have good customer service and it truly shows and I’m sorry to make this review the shop gets five starts but the blonde guy gets 0

Wow this is the BEST glass shop I have ever been too. To start, big thank you to Vince for his amazing customer service. He helped me find the perfect bubble cap as well as a really cool banger for a great price. And what I really like is there was no pressure to go over my budget at all. It was so nice and relaxing finding the perfect set up. This is my go to spot and I will absolutely be back and bring my homies with next time. Much love galaxy glass
