I bought a vape broke the next day and they refused to replace it. Don’t shop here. Guy at the counter was extremely rude, spent like $200 a month here on Kratom and vapes take your business elsewhere.

It’s been well over a year that I’ve been coming here for all my smoke needs. Jorge and his crew are all amazing, friendly and provide great customer service.
Went in a couple times months apart and let me tell yall, Bobby is THE MAN! He recognized me as if I stop by every day. Extremely kind and I never got a "get in and get out" feeling from the establishment nor a feeling that they''re trying to upsell me. Nothing against the other workers I''ve just never interacted with them. As kind as he is knowledgeable about all the products. I found my shop!

I have been a frequent buyer from this shop for the last few months, usually buying disposable vapes every week. I have always had good experiences and Bobby has been super nice. However, the other other night I bought a disposable vape, the red apple Flum float, after he personally recommended it but ran into some issues. Within a couple hours (50-100 puffs) the vape had turned out to be faulty, producing very little smoke and having a burnt taste when it was supposed to be built for 3000 puffs. Since it had been night time and the shop had closed, I came in relatively early the next morning to see if I could trade it in, willing to eat up to half the cost myselfy and pay a difference since I had already purchased it and taken it out of the store. I was told the best they could do for me is 15% off my next purchase. Throughout me purchasing the vape, we were chatting about how hard it is to distinguish between legitimate and market vapes now in most shops. I told him four aces seemed the most credible in the area and it was always a pleasure to stop in. The shop has some unique products and everything I purchased thus far had worked great. He reassured me that their store takes quality assurance very seriously, even going into brief detail on their acquisition processes. It was a good time as usual stopping in for a couple of minutes and chatting with Bobby. Although I understand compensation for these products can be tricky, I just wish a little more could have been done considering the circumstances. This is the first time I have written a negative review. It wasn’t so much about the money, but the shops inability to act with integrity and correct their mistake after suggesting a faulty product to me.
