Worst experience ever with the staff and owner. I purchased several expensive torches here and never received the box any paperwork. Nothing on these expensive torches and they only worked for about one week and I tried to exchange them and was told no even though I had my receipt from the store and atm purchase. I will be turning them in.
The guy that runs the store is very rude wasn’t trying to help me look for what I was looking for some of the stuff is overpriced and the Glass piece that I bought, he wasn’t trying to refund me my money and said I dropped it 100% do not recommend going there ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️BAD BUSINESS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Had someone get me a flum, they came back with this , this shop is selling fake flums. Blue is fake , green is real to make sure it’s real, it should say flumvapor.com DONT BUY THESE FLUMS none the less You don’t know what what else they selling that’s fake.

The poor business practices by this staff and owner are ridiculous and I am turning them into Better Business Bureau for poor business practices and not following the rules of selling items by manufacturers. The torches never lasted longer than one week.
