I had a terrible day and stop in on the way home and the staff was slammed with customers and it was in and out smooth sailing the whole time. The lady behind the counter asked me to hang on. Once the shop was empty she asked if she could give me a hug because it looked like I really needed it! It made my day just a bit brighter! Thank you
Lokey helped us out today on our visit and was not only extremely welcoming, friendly, and hospitable, but very knowledgeable with the products and helped us make a decision that we won’t regret. Will definitely be coming back.
An amazing shop with amazing people there always feel welcome enough to conversate and just enjoy the atmosphere while I shop definitely my favorite go to smoke shop in the bryan/cstat area. (oh and that Lincoln Continental is a work of art lol)
Staff was awesome they made you feel like part of the family and very comfortable awesome prices great selection

I love all the ones who are at this store. They are extremely helpful, and they know the product well. Props to the manager for selecting and training such a good team! Also, they are service dog friendly! One of the employees has a service dog, who my service dog has known for over a year. They acknowedge each other without interrupting their jobs, always makes me smile.
