Received a faulty product. Got preappoved over the phone to exchange. Went in. Was refused. Posted one star review. Was called and told it was a mix up. Went back the next day. They replaced it. I editted my review.

Great service and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Pleasant shopping experience overall. I was surprIsed by the high level of well informed sales help I received from the clerk on duty (Stephanie). All my questions were answered about products and I found the products I purchased to be of good quality. I have now shopped here twice in the last week and plan to shop here many times in the future. Keep up the great job! 👍🙂

Great selection, great place. Me and my buddy have been exclusively going to Exotics for about 2 years. They guys that own it are awesome, super chill and they always hook you up with the best deals. You can also get 25% off all disposable vapes every other day on Hooked.

Awesome store! Prices were better than anywhere around, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and was one of the nicest smoke shops I’ve been in before. I will definitely be going back!
