Great place. A lot of great info on products and always enjoy the deals.
Paid almost $50 for a wax pen that wouldn’t work… next day wanted to exchange it even had my receipt but they wouldn’t exchange it becuz it’s a yo can problem…. Not my problem becuz I purchased at this store…. Won’t be back….
I''ve been in now quite a few times, every time no matter who is working they are greeting you before the door closes behind you. It doesn''t matter if they are on the other side of the shop, we have always gotten a warm welcome and friendly smile followed by asking if we need help finding anything. I always need help, I''m clueless to almost all the products they carry lol. They are always knowledgeable and seem happy to answer my questions no matter how silly them seem lol. Everything we have purchased for ourselves or picking up for a friend has been decently priced and good quality, except the Smoke Killer Collection jar candles. The scent is not very strong once its burning and I''m not yet convinced it''s helping with the cigarette smoke. However that''s not my issue with them, it''s the massive carbon ball that so quickly collects as its burning and when you put it out the amount of thick smoke caused by that carbon ball is just shocking! I quickly put the lid on so the room doesn''t fill up smoke which I''m sure could be why the scent of the candle is so faint now? On a good note tho, the candle does burn slow which means you''ll get hours and hours of use out of it and it''s only $10! If the company would use better quality wicks and more fragrance without charging more this would be a great candle and I would buy them for everyone I know, especially the smokers in my life! 🚬 Overall I highly recommend the shop on Willow Ave, the candles not so much. Would be good to add these candles to "emergency" kits for power outrages as long as you are safe and aware of the carbon ball issue and carefully trim those off often.
Helpful and friendly staff made my visit here a breeze. Tons of products to choose from and they are very knowledgable. Will definitely be back.

He said I could call them whatever I wanted but he would kick me out. I''m a medically retired MARINE. I have been deployed to Iraq a few times and refuse to be told what I can and can''t say.
