Terrible service. Guy was on the phone the whole time talking to someone else in a foreign language. Didn''t say a word to me. Stared at me for a good five minutes before doing anything I asked to see one of the liquid shots they had, thinking it was new Kratom shot I''ve never seen. It ended up being some weird chinese ginseng shot that I said I didn''t want. He put it back for me at first, then tried to sneak it onto the counter afterwards During checkout the card machine was broken so I had to use their ATM which includes fees Overall, I got what I came for, but left feeling uncomfortable. Do not go here if you don''t know exactly what you''re getting and if you value your time
While they do have “premium cigars”, they are either inexpensive house brands at premium prices or name cigars NOT in good condition! I bought a Rocky Patel in a metal tube and when I took it out to smoke it, it was dry and wrapper was brittle. Will take weeks in a humidor to maybe get it smokeable. When back and told the guy they should not seek cigars it they are not going to house a humidor or something to keep them smokeable. This place is a Head Shop only. Forget cigars!!! Oh, and no refunds or exchange. Shady place!
