Had a TERRIBLE customer experience this past Saturday night on January 21st. The short Hispanic girl working at the time had a really nasty attitude and was less than helpful. She refused to answer any of my questions and was very aggressive about it for no reason. It felt like she just didn’t want to be there and then proceeded to make that my problem. I couldn’t even get what I needed. If I could rate this review with 0 stars I definitely would. This is actually a really nice vape store. I recommend going in the mornings or during the day. The lady who usually works at that time has stellar customer service and is always so nice. I’ve never had a negative experience at this store before so I won’t count it out just yet.
Dope service and great products. Also made me laugh a lot and gave me a sample of a product I thought about trying. Definitely would recommend.
I had an amazing experience! I pulled up late, and to be honest I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I asked a lot of questions and had problems paying but Maddison, the lady who was working was incredible. Very nice from the beginning even though I was late, and gave me amazing answers to my questions. I ended up leaving with a D8 cart and a pod. The cart was amazing (her recommendation) and the pod has been a lifesaver. I work in customer service but I was genuinely blown away by how sweet and helpful Maddison was. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a smoke shop. I hope she gets a raise.
I loved the customer service! Everyone is so friendly, I love the way the place is organized and the vibe in the shop. Made me feel so comfortable and welcomed!!!
I went there today and there was a really nice lady! She gave me all good vibes I love the place! They did a good job on this smoke shop and hiring their employees! Definitely will be recommending my friends!
