The dad or the older gentleman is very rude. Yells at his customers because they can''t understand what he is saying. Do not go here!

Not the most friendly staff. Not rude just not helpful. Drove a long way across town through traffic because Google tells me they sell the product I''m looking for when they do not. Express no interest in carrying the product I was looking for.

I usually spend a decent amount of money in this store. The owner is not accommodating for faulty products. Pen broke as I walked out of store. I realized that and came back. Said its not his problem. I even offered extra money for a working pen. He said to buy a new one. He would''ve made a 40$ sale off one pen. He refused. Now he has 30$ and lost a loyal customer. Good job guy.
