Employees are knowledgeable and genuinely care about you as a customer. The products are not cheap or shotty and the employees don''t try to push the highest priced or the lowest priced products on you, I don''t know about you but that goes a LOOOONG way in my book!!
I bought a vape and it started messing up 30 min after I bought it. And apparently they can do anything about it. This place use to be the only place I would buy my vapes at and here recently the vapes I’ve been getting have been going out quickly and messing up. I gotta find a new place to buy my vapes at.
Be advised that there is a no refund or exchange on lighters. I bought a Zico lighter ($15.95) on January 28th and the spring broke on February 7th. I took the lighter and my receipt in the next day with a reasonable expectation of an exchange. The response was "there''s nothing we can do." I have spent a lot of money on cigars at DTW and am a member of the "rewards " club or whatever it''s called. But I won''t spend another dime in this store.
They have a lot of stuff in there.... readjust those glass products....and they''ll be the wearhouse... lol

SERIOUSLY overpriced. 1 lb bag of rolling tobacco was $8 more expensive than The M Store (a convenience store in the area), cigarette rolling machine was $2 more expensive than found in the area. They do have a very large selection of merchandise but should absolutely price-shop local stores to keep their prices more in line with other options nearby. *Edit* Annette, $8 per 1lb more than one local convenience store and $7 per 1lb at another local convenience store for rolling tobacco and $2 more for a rolling machine/tube stuffer is NOT competitively pricing your goods. I omitted the pricing disparity as related to mail order options for the same products. Further, all of my reviews, whether 5 star or 1 star include negative and positive remarks as I endeavor to be objective in my reviews. I''m sure you noticed that I reviewed the local convenience store I specifically named in my initial review of your store and gave them 3 stars at first and commented on their pricing for services.
