  The man who runs this store is a fantastic gentleman and they have a fantastic selection of e-liquids! I love getting e-liquid from this place. Ever since the vaping market has changed, it can be difficult to find the exact product I want, and half the time I have been having to look online for what I need. Either way I love this place very much and hope it doesn’t close down! Much Respect and Blessings ☮️✌️

  The smoke shop has decent prices, however, one of the employees is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her managers number she refused to give it to me and started yelling at me that I''m 86ed. All I wanted was to file a complaint against her because she consistently rude and unhelpful and she will not let me. So I have to wait until another employee is working so I can get the owners number. Hardest complaint I''ve ever had to file. Defiantly not going back to that shop. The homeblown shop in Santa Cruz has way better pieces and are willing to work with you on the prices and help you pick stuff out. Would recommend that shop way before this one.

  there was a nice guy here for a while ... josh i believe They hired a slightly older woman (maybe in her 50s) with a terrible attitude every time I go. She rushes me through the sale huffing and puffing the whole time like she has something better to do. I was apologetic and super nice, so I cant imagine what she is like if you get the least bit rude to her... Got home and checked online, and she had marked it up to DOUBLE what the common online price was. I was horrified. This place seems to be taking advantage of their "only game in town" status I guess because they do NOT provide good service. She didn''t seem to know anything about the products, and acted really bothered if I asked anything. So far, Pipeline in Santa Cruz is the best place I have consistently gone in SC County and felt good about each time I''ve gone there. Theyre super patient and polite and they are informed about what they sell. Nowhere else I have gone was that bad, including beyond vape, but Scotts Valley is just not a great place to buy vape products.

  Used to come here often. Stuff is pricey, but the last straw for me was when I went in to buy a vape battery. There were two cartons one was all empty except for one battery one was completely full I assume that when I asked for a battery he hands me the one from the completely empty one to get rid of the carton come to find out it''s because it''s broken It won''t charge or discharge. Got to love it

  The dude that works in this place is super unpleasant and over priced. He asks me for my ID which is fine then asks me my age then tells me to take my face mask off (covid) I’m 36 years old. I understand asking for ID but his attitude and implications of me being under 18 years old is insane.
