Daddy Danks used to be a great spot until recently. The last 3 disposable vapes I have bought haven''t worked. When I tried my last one in-store, and was able to prove that it wasn''t working right, they refused to exchange it for another and insisted that after a few puffs, it would work. I felt like I had no other choice but to just leave because they weren''t listening to me. Beware.
Great shop. Lots of beautiful pieces and not bad on price. Owners I''ve met are really cool and employees have been more then helpful. Bought 2 nectar collectors. A Rick and Morty with a percolator, and a Krave glycerin pink piece that broke and they have a purple one coming to us.
I went in looking for an e-rig as a gift and was sold an item that wasn’t at all for this intended purpose. As someone who is pretty uninformed on e-rigs as a whole but wanted to gift something useful to a friend, I was hoping the staff would be knowledgeable since this isn’t a big franchise store and had excellent reviews as far as customer service. Instead, the kid behind the counter knew less than I did (ie- hadn’t heard of replaceable coils) and now I have a piece that can’t be used as intended. Maybe my way of thinking is out dated, but I expect the staff in these specialty shops to know their products. Disappointed in my experience to say the least.
Bought a Rick n Morty vape never had a issue before but it won''t charge or hit an they wouldn''t trade out for what I paid for would be understanding if the juice was half gone but it was not it was full like it never been used . Best they could do is 10 percent off if I buy a new vape lol yeah let me buy another one for the same thing to happen to it too no thanks I will find business elsewhere.
I can see why this place has been around for a long time. Great selection in terms of inventory, good products, reasonably priced, and helpful friendly employees. All of those ''ingredients'' render a successful business. Keep up the excellent work, folks!
