Review (51) 4.1
Nice selection of products but a little pricey. Don''t expect any consideration of a discount on multiple products purchased. Every loyal customer likes discounts, especially now with inflation skyrocketing. I''m new to the area and when I find a shop that shows they want to keep loyal customers by rewarding them with discounts then that is who I''ll do my purchasing with. I don''t plan on being a repeat customer. Let me clarify for the owner who thinks other shops/vendors don''t have loyalty programs,, THEY DO, and they didn''t stop when the economy got tougher. I definitely will not be back to your store. I came in to get something I needed immediately. My out-of-the area providers can and will provide me with anything I''d want in your store and I will still get my loyalty rewards. I''m hopeful that I will find a local provider near my home in Sacramento, as I already have new providers (in other areas of life) here in Sacramento that provide great customer service, which you do not. Your attitude sucked when I came into your store and your response to my review was just as ugly. Good luck staying in business-no love loss here!!!!
I am a filtered cigar guy so I know exactly how much my clippers are they go for 12.84 online and in stores across the country for 20.45 after tax but apparently this smoke shop think they wanna rob me
This dude is chill if you''re chill. I''ve been here three times and I have nothing but good things to say about him. I save money on what I buy, and he even has a cool dog that hangs out. Local owned, nice shop with no nonsense people. I just read the reviews: If you are having problems here, look in the mirror because I have never had a problem.
🤩💯This is the spot! The owners have great products and excellent customer service. Definitely coming back... I''ll take the drive to support this business‼️
I really want to support a small and seemingly Black owned (or operated) business, but the SECOND time I came in here, music was blasting at the doorway, and the shop''s 2 dogs repeatedly approached us. One of the dogs was quite large, also must be said. Sometimes people smoke from trauma. I didn''t freak out but **inside** I was freaked out because unleashed dogs here in Sacramento have traumatized me before, people who think their dogs are more valid/important than humans has traumatized me before here. Your dogs may be "well trained" in a certain moment, but since you don''t know how they''ll behave in 100 percent of scenarios, that''s why leash laws exist, because the dogs have teeth and don''t speak English. Your customers shouldn''t be trying to make a purchase but quietly freaking out wondering if you can actually restrain your own pets that really shouldn''t be in the shop anyway. No one is entitled to a business, ever, and there are many businesses of this type in the area offering comparable merch at comparable prices without the possibility of being retraumatized. Any dog, no matter how well trained, is capable of violence if it decides you "moved the wrong way" or smelled the wrong way. They weren''t wearing vests. They weren''t service dogs. Definitely what I think of when I think "smoke shop" is dogs, of course. I''m sure some of your target demo loves loud music and dogs running up to them repeatedly. Enjoy! Owner, don''t bother replying, save your energy, you clearly don''t want all customers, I don''t care about your weak sauce passive aggressive excuse "it''s the holidays" etc. it''s my holidays too, and your overpriced stuff plus unnecessary triggering means I can actually take my biz where it''s appreciated. Literally not everyone, especially traumatized people, is going to do the emotional labor of self-advocacy in the moment because you just can''t realize that not everyone has had great life experiences with unleashed dogs. Also maybe work on your attitude in the other replies, there''s a big diff between being casual and unprofessional. Good luck surviving as a business.
