Nice people run this place. Very polite n friendly. Sandwiches are good too.
Excellent service. I usually go to the location, but last Sunday; We had pool party, I had few drinks in my system and didn''t want to drive and take a risk. I called in for few bags of Ice, my nicotine, few of their hand rolled cigars and mixtures for drink. Ohh I love you VJ (manager). He says, "give me few minutes I''ll have someone drop it off." I live in the neighborhood 5 minutes. I had everything in my hands. Love him. He said they usually deliver between 6pm to 12pm. in 5 mile radius for free!! I definately find this a royal service. These guys knows how to treat their customers right.
I am absolutely stunned! There is a new male employee here. My fiance bought me a Caliburn a2 vape for Christmas from here . We go here for EVERYTHING for my vape. We are REGULARS. The vape started auto firing and became extremely hot to the point where my pods literally spewed vape juice. My fiance went back to try and get a functioning device. They denied the return and acted as if they could have cared less. Unbelievable. Normally the customer service is top notch, especially with the younger crew. This new guy? You have an ATTITUDE problem sir. Tall youngish guy with the mustache. You just lost yourself a customer. AWFUL TREATMENT.

At this point in time I will no longer be going to country farms for my vape products. I received three products that I have purchased from them that after 2 days stopped working. They said there''s nothing that they can do. I show them that it wasn''t working. They tried charging it themselves. It still didn''t work. The device became very hot to the point where you could not even touch it and they refuse to do anything to help. No discount, no exchange, no nothing. I understand they have signs up there. However, they''re selling products that are not working after 2 days. So therefore at this point in time I will be contacting the better business bureau as these devices are not cheap and they should back their product up they could deal with it with their vendor but they choose not to. They choose to rip people off so stay away from country farms in toms River for all the needs. There are two other stores that I can refer people to if need be as they are cheaper and guarantee their product Thank u Dawn
